GE2 is a non-profit mentoring organization that is dedicated to educating, empowering, and enriching young ladies in Sumter County. The mission is to provide venues where girls can acquire leadership, behavioral and social skills which can be achieved by utilizing four domains:
Academics
Relational Development
Self Regulation
Self Understanding
Our purpose is to empower young girls to become future leaders through leadership development, behavior interventions, and social activism.

For young ladies in Sumter County to work to excel. By participating in self-improvement workshops, including resume building, job readiness training, etiquette classes and leadership training. Program participants will gain from a variety of exciting educational, cultural, and artistic opportunities.
